How we handle your personal data under the GDPR (DSGVO). Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.

2. What we collect and why
Contact form: when you submit the enquiry form we process the name, email address, company and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you visit, GitHub may process server log data including your IP address to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
4. Analytics (GoatCounter)
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies and does not collect or store personal data — no personal profiles are created and IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding site usage).
5. Form processing (Formspree) and transfer to the USA
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (309 E 21st St, Austin, TX 78705, USA), which receives, stores and forwards your submission by email. This involves a transfer of personal data to the USA, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR); a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.
6. Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we use Google (Gmail) to receive and store that correspondence in order to reply to you.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete it unless statutory retention periods apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect.
